1998 Dennis Rodman Unreleased Chicago Bulls Figure. This is the alternate spotted hairstyle version. Rodman was known was his colorful hair and Kenner released several different solid colors over the years, but Kenner known for being frugal decided against producing the two tone style.
Was this the only one ever made?
