1997 Mike Skinner Unreleased SLU Figure. The initial NASCAR series was suppose to include 9 drivers which are listed on the back of the package, but two of those, Skinner and Mayfield, were not released. Skinner raced for the number "31" Lowes team. But for unknown reason's Skinner was listed as number "16" on the back of the package. Kenner eventually corrected the error and Skinner was released the following year with his correct No. 31 card.
