Can you provide a description of what the rating scales means? What condition qualifies an in package starting lineup in a category? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThese are all prices for unopened packages. The packages are graded on three criteria(cardboard,plastic bubble, figure) to determine which one of the categories from mint to poor that they fall in.
